That was a bizarre video, I don't know much about Serra but all I hear about him is his sculptural work
the videos from the late 60s sort of parallel the early sculptures (like his propped pieces). Ubuweb (their link is on the foundcorn main page) has a great Serra link, with hte full text of his 1967 Verb List.
